Delivery & Guarantee
All orders will be shipped through the Thai EMS (Express Mail Service) system and completely packed so no reference can be made to its content. Standard delivery is free for order exceeding 2,000 baht (approx 50 USD) in value and delivered to an address in Thailand. Please refer to the table below for the postage cost (to be added on top of the total purchase value) and the standard delivery time to each destination.
* The delivery times above are indicative and are subject to product availability, payment authorization, verification and processing. Over 80% of Thailand’s orders reach the recipient within the next 2 working days.
** Orders shipped internationally are subject to a weight limitation of 2kg. If your order exceeds 2kg we will contact you by email with a delivery quote for alternative delivery methods, such as FedEx, UPS etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship, outside Thailand, orders exceeding this limitation at our standard delivery rates.
Bond Innoventure is not responsible for any non-delivery or damage due to circumstances beyond our control, or due to direct circumstances from the postal service. However, we will try our best to follow-up and relocate the product for you. Personal information in storage. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not used for marketing purposes.
Prices and Availability
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF ALL MERCHANDISE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Despite our best efforts, the quantity you order may not be available for all products. If the product you want to order is out of stock, we apologize for any inconvenience.
All our products come with a product quality assurance, so you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not satisfied with your purchase just return any unopened items to us (costs associated with returning the product to be borne by buyer) within the 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or product exchange. The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage.
Unfortunately, Bond Innoventure; for hygienic reasons, will not replace or refund items if they have been opened or any seals been broken, unless they are faulty or do not comply with the contract. Should you wish to return any products please contact customer services by email at email@example.com. A returns goods advice number (RGA) will be issued to you with the exact procedure for return. No goods can be accepted without a valid RGA number. Please enclose a note of your order, your RGA, and a cover note requesting a refund to the address below:
